Gower Heritage Centre

The Gower Heritage Centre is home to a working 12th century Water powered Corn Mill originally built by William de Breos, a knight from Normandy in France. The mill is one of the oldest 'Toll Mills' in Wales, so called because local farmers were compelled by law to bring their crops here for grinding. Over the centuries the original mill has been expanded to cater for traditional country crafts.

Today the centre is open to visitors who can enjoy exploring the Saw Mill, Wheelwright's Shop, Miller's Cottage, Agricultural Museum, Craft shop, traditional tea room, animals and fish, and children's play area.

Admission:
Adults - £4.10
Children/Senior Citizens/Concessions - £3.10
Children under 5 go FREE
